Started by the Spadoni brothers in 1979, Huckleberry Square was purchased by Seattle restaurateur David Meinert in 2021, who remains committed to preserving the restaurant’s legacy while gently guiding it forward. Same location. Same welcoming spirit. Still your neighborhood diner.
We’re known for our all-day breakfast, generous portions of breakfast, lunch and dinner, and scratch-made meals that feel like home. And of course, you’ll find huckleberries woven throughout the menu—from sweet to savory like our Huckleberry Pie, Huckleberry Cheesecake, Huckleberry Cinnamon Roll, Huckleberry Scones, Huckleberry Milkshakes, Huckleberry Mimosa, Huckleberry Soda, Huckleberry Syrup, and our legendary Huckleberry Turkey Supreme Sandwich.
At Huckleberry Square, we proudly feature authentic Native American artwork created by renowned artists from the Salish Sea region. These vibrant, powerful pieces celebrate the heritage and traditions of the Indigenous communities who have called this area home for thousands of years.

Through our Giving Wall, we support The More We Love, a local nonprofit providing meals, care, and compassion to those in need. Guests can purchase meal tokens or make a direct donation—small acts that make a big impact right here in our neighborhood.
